Returns & Exchanges
Cancellations on eligible items must be made within 24 hours to avoid additional fees or charges. After delivery, Sarah Martinez offers refunds or exchanges on purchases that are not final sale, subject to inspection of the returned item.
Please note there are no returns, refunds or exchanges on custom orders. Altered, custom and made-to-order pieces (including all rings) are final sale and may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded at any time. Deposits are nonrefundable and will be converted to store credit if the remaining balance has not been paid in full within 7 days of coming due.
Please contact us by email at info@sarahmarti.com for cancellations or returns or if your item was damaged when you received it. We do not offer refunds for pieces damaged during shipping or for shipping costs. We may refuse packages that we receive without prior notice, so please inform us of any returns.
