Our Custom Design and Bespoke Program is for customers who can never seem to find exactly what they’re looking for.
With Sarah as a helpful guide, we’ll draw from your inspiration and preferences to make your greatest jewelry dreams come true.
Here's How it Works:
Step One
Email info@sarahmarti.com with a brief introduction and a few sentences about what you’re looking to create. We’ll be in touch 24-48 hours later with our custom design packet and next steps.
Step Two
We'll work with you to start gathering your inspiration, design preferences, and budget range for the project.
Step 3
You’ll meet with Sarah (phone, facetime, email, or in-person) to discuss your creative plans for the project and she’ll provide guidance based on your needs
Step 4
Over the next few weeks, Sarah will source unique materials for your project and provide her design recommendation along with associated costs via email for your review.
Step 5
Once you're ready to move forward, we’ll collect a 25% deposit and prepare a 3D CAD rendering for your approval.
Step 6
After CAD approval, our handmade production process in NYC takes 6-8 weeks. Once the piece is complete, we’ll collect the remaining balance and then ship your new piece directly to your doorstep!
